This 2006 Audi S4 is one of 250 25quattro Special Edition examples produced to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Audi Ur-Quattro. Finished in Avus Silver over Black and Jet Gray Silk Nappa leather, the car is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle, a Torsen torque-sensing center differential, and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Equipment includes the Premium and Premium Audio packages, a sport suspension, 18″ alloy wheels, carbon fiber aero elements, xenon headlights, a sunroof, heated power-adjustable Recaro front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, Audi Navigation Plus infotainment, and a Bose sound system. Acquired by the current owner in 2024, this 25quattro S4 has 117k miles and is offered at no reserve on dealer consignment with all-weather floor mats and a clean Montana title.

All 250 25quattro Special Edition examples were finished in Avus Silver, and equipment included DTM-style bumper covers, carbon-fiber front chin and rear lip spoilers, and a grille finished in high gloss Phantom Black. Additional features include xenon headlights, a sunroof, rear fog lights, and dual exhaust outlets. The Carfax report notes a damage report in May 2019 that references a repair to the front bumper. Scuffs are visible on the underside of the front lip spoiler and paint meter readings are presented in the gallery.

The refinished 18″ multi-spoke alloy wheels are damaged and were mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires in 2021. The car is equipped with a sport suspension, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with ventilated rotors.

The heated power-adjustable Recaro front seats and split-folding rear bench are upholstered in Black and Jet Gray Silk Nappa leather. Carbon-fiber trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and additional appointments include a “1 of 250” shift knob, dual-zone automatic climate control, and Audi Navigation Plus infotainment linked to a Bose sound system.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of a 170-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a TFT driver information screen, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 117k miles.

The 4.2-liter 40V V8 was factory rated at 340 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2021 consisted of flushing the coolant, changing the power steering fluid, and servicing the induction system, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is routed to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system with a Torsen center differential.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage report in May 2013.
